How we work
The property, the evidence, the problem, then the engineering. BeachCheck is a first look from public records. Engineering work is scoped and agreed in writing before it starts. A written scope says what is included.
What we do not do
We do not provide structural design, geotechnical engineering, traffic, heritage or building code work. We do not take on Class 2 to 9 buildings, basements under them, or non-residential projects.
Local by design
Hills, slopes and cliffs. Sandstone, bush, lagoons and coastline. The same terrain, planning history and drainage systems come up again and again on the Northern Beaches.
Where we work
We work on the Northern Beaches only. For Manly and nearby suburbs, Manly Engineering is our local door.
