Who this is for
- Residential projects that need investigation, design, calculations or drawings in civil, stormwater, hydrology or environmental engineering.
- Sites with drainage, flood or environmental constraints, and projects that need detailed investigation.
The approach stays the same: the property, the evidence, the problem, then the engineering.
What we do not take on
We do not provide structural design, geotechnical engineering, traffic, heritage or building code work. We do not take on Class 2 to 9 buildings, basements under them, or non-residential projects.
Flood
For a flood level on a specific lot, order a Flood Information Report from Northern Beaches Council. We work from it. If your DA needs a Flood Management Report, tell us below and we will quote it.
