Refunds and cancellations

Nothing on this page removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service has a major problem, you are entitled to a cancellation and a refund for the unused part or compensation for the reduced value. If the problem is minor, we will fix it within a reasonable time.

Engineer-assisted jobs

Payment is taken when you order. If you cancel before an engineer has started work on your file, ask us and we will refund the payment. TO CONFIRM: the refund position once work has started, and any part of the fee that is non-refundable.

Full-service engagements

Fees and the deposit are set out in your quote. TO CONFIRM: the deposit refund terms and the notice needed to cancel.

Digital downloads

Self-serve downloads are not on sale at the moment. If you already bought one and it is faulty or not as described, contact us for a remedy.

How to ask

Email the address above with your order number or quote link and what went wrong. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. TO CONFIRM: usual processing time.
