- Is BeachCheck engineering advice?
- No. It is a first look at the property from public records. Engineering work is scoped and agreed in writing before it starts.
- Can I buy a checklist without an account?
- Yes. Email is enough for the receipt. You can create an account later to download it again.
- Where do you work?
- We work on the Northern Beaches only. BeachCheck is built for properties in the Northern Beaches local government area.
- Is a downloaded checklist a design?
- No. A BeachCheck report or a downloaded checklist is general information. It is not a design and not engineering advice for your property.
- Where do I find a flood level for my lot?
- Order a Flood Information Report from Northern Beaches Council. We work from it, and we do not replace it.
- How do I contact an engineer?
- Email info@beachesengineering.com.au. To send a job, use the quote form on the full-service page. Architects and building designers can use the page for architects.
